In this section, you can create categories in which the Knowledgebase topics will be stored.

To add a category type its name in the last column entitled "Category name" box, select any category of membership (previously created), and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/AGGIUNGI.PNG"/>}} to finish entering.

To make one or more changes to act directly on the fields of the table, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA TUTTO.PNG"/>}}.

To delete a category, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA TUTTO.PNG"/>}}. To delete a category which owned a topic of the knowledge base is must delete or modify all arguments reassigning them to other categories.

To manage translations of the categories in the various languages in which will operate users click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/lang.PNG"/>}}:
{{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/5.5 help desk - categorie kb01.PNG"/>}}Insert translations by typing the title in the new language, specifying the latter "Language" dropdown menu, after which write any description in the appropriate space, finally click the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/SALVA.PNG"/>}} button.

To delete a translation, select the box in the last column, and then click {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/CESTINO.PNG"/>}}.

To modify a translation select it from the table in the "Text" column and make changes similarly as fact to add a new entry.

After you make all additions and changes click the {{<img src="{up}Manuale IT/X orange.PNG"/>}} button to return to the KB categories table.
